Terms
Eligibility
Registration is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher (19 in several Canadian provinces). Norsewin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point and to suspend an account pending verification. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where Norsewin does not hold an applicable licence are not permitted to register, and any winnings accrued from a restricted jurisdiction may be voided under these terms.
Account Rules
One account is permitted per person, household, address, email address and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed, with remaining balances handled according to the duplicate-account policy below. Account details (name, date of birth, address) must match the identification documents provided during verification; discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals until resolved.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum age | 18 (or 19 where provincially required) |
| Accounts per person | 1 |
| Verification trigger | Prior to first withdrawal |
| Accepted ID documents | Passport, national ID, driver’s licence |
| Proof of address validity | Dated within 3 months |
| Account currency | Fixed at registration |
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed instantly for card and e-wallet methods; Bitcoin deposits require standard blockchain confirmation time, typically under an hour. Withdrawal requests are subject to the KYC verification described above and to a standard processing window of 2-4 business days for card methods, and within 24 hours for Skrill, Neteller and Trustly, assuming verification is complete. Norsewin reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for unusually large withdrawals, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations under its operating licence.
Bonus Terms
All bonus offers, including the welcome match, reload promotions and cashback, are subject to the specific terms published on the Bonuses page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to these general terms. Norsewin reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided for material changes affecting active bonus balances. Suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated multi-accounting, arbitrage betting patterns, or exploiting a disclosed error in bonus terms, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings pending investigation.
Fair Play and Game Rules
All games are supplied by third-party studios and operate on independently certified Random Number Generators. In the event of a documented software malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of a displayed outcome; this applies uniformly to wins and losses caused by the malfunction. Game rules, paytables and RTP figures specific to each title are available within that game’s information screen and take precedence over any general description provided elsewhere on the site.
Responsible Gambling
Players may set deposit, loss and session limits at any time from the account dashboard; tightening a limit takes effect immediately, while loosening a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests, ranging from 24 hours to a permanent block, are honoured without exception for the selected duration and cannot be reversed early by the player or at their request. Norsewin supports responsible gambling resources including BeGambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous, linked in the site footer, along with information on Canadian provincial helplines where applicable.
Dispute Resolution
Complaints should first be raised with Norsewin’s support team via live chat or email. If unresolved within 14 days, players holding an account under the Malta Gaming Authority licence may escalate the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider at no cost to the player. Players under the Curaçao licence follow the equivalent dispute process specified by that regulator.
Duplicate and Closed Accounts
Where duplicate accounts are identified, the earliest-registered account is treated as the primary account. Deposited funds in duplicate accounts are returned to the original payment method where possible; bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings in duplicate accounts are forfeited. Accounts closed at the player’s request with a remaining withdrawable balance will have that balance paid out via the original deposit method, subject to standard verification.
Changes to These Terms
Norsewin may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new game or payment integrations, or operational adjustments. Material changes affecting active balances or bonus terms will be communicated by email or in-account notice in advance of taking effect. Continued use of the account after a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable under the licence held by the account’s registering jurisdiction, either Malta or Curaçao as indicated in the site footer. Nothing in these terms limits a player’s statutory rights under the consumer protection law of their province or country of residence, where such rights apply independently of the licence jurisdiction.
Promotional and Marketing Communications
Players may opt in to marketing emails and account notifications at registration, and may withdraw consent at any time from the account preferences page without affecting access to the account itself. Transactional communications relating to deposits, withdrawals, verification requests and account security are sent regardless of marketing preference, since these are considered essential account notices rather than promotional material.
Currency and Account Balance
The account currency selected at registration, which can be set to CAD, determines the display currency for the balance, deposits, withdrawals and all bonus figures referenced throughout the site. Conversion between currencies after registration is not supported; a player wishing to operate in a different currency must register a separate account, subject to the one-account-per-person rule described above, which may require closing the original account first. Balances are held in the selected currency without conversion fees applied by Norsewin, though the originating bank or payment provider may apply its own foreign exchange charges on cross-currency transactions.
Technical Errors and Void Transactions
In addition to the game malfunction provisions above, any transaction, bonus credit or promotional award resulting from a documented technical, pricing or system error is subject to correction or reversal, including after the fact, where the error is identified and confirmed by Norsewin. This applies whether the error favoured the player or the operator, and affected players will be notified of any correction along with the reasoning behind it. Deliberate exploitation of a known error, once communicated to a player or published in a service notice, is treated as a breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Norsewin’s liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount held in the player’s account balance at the time the claim arises, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under the consumer protection law of the player’s province or country of residence, or in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by the operator. Norsewin is not responsible for losses arising from a player’s own internet connectivity, device malfunction, or third-party payment provider delays outside its direct control.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, game titles and visual assets displayed on the platform remain the property of Norsewin or its respective licensing studios and software providers. Nothing in these terms grants a player any ownership or licence to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit this material beyond ordinary personal use of the platform for its intended gambling purpose.
Contact and Escalation
Players with questions about these terms, or who wish to raise a formal complaint ahead of the dispute resolution process described above, can reach the support team through live chat, available around the clock, or via the email address listed in the account dashboard and site footer. Complaints are logged with a reference number provided to the player, which should be retained for any subsequent escalation to the applicable regulator’s dispute resolution service.
